Cox Automotive USA is seeking an Account Operations Specialist II to be the primary contact for resolving client issues across accounts, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders. You will handle inquiries about vehicle condition, coordinate reconditioning services, and ensure timely inventory movement while maintaining Cox standards.

Qualifications

• 70% outside work and 30% in-office administration.
• HS diploma or GED with 3 years in a related field, or 5 years in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in vehicle reconditioning or auto body knowledge.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; team collaboration.
• Must meet physical and safety requirements for field work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to resolve client issues across complex accounts.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service regarding vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle runs and communicate with auction departments for inventory movement.
• Prepare estimates for reconditioning to enhance vehicle value and supervise services.
• Audit condition reports and imaging to manage risk and costs.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox/Manheim products where appropriate.
• Maintain adherence to Cox standards and safety guidelines.
