• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months experience as registrar or 1 year of insurance verification or scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of procedure authorization and its impact on hospital revenue cycle.
• Understanding of payer medical policy guidelines for authorization management.
• Basic understanding of human anatomy.
• Proficiency with CPT and ICD-10 coding.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and pre-register patients for multiple services, including diagnostic testing and outpatient procedures.
