Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, evaluate, train and develop support staff.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and direction to support staff.
• Assign work and monitor performance.
• Coordinate managed care and billing, referrals and insurance verification; scheduling and wait times.
• Oversee purchasing, petty cash, and vendor payments; maintain supplies and equipment.
