Job summary

Abbott is hiring an Outpatient Account Executive in the Abbott Point of Care (APOC) division, selling to outpatient customers within assigned territory. You will work independently to drive commercial execution, grow market share, and partner with internal teams to advance sales cycles.

The role requires 4+ years of relevant sales experience (or 1+ year with clinical background), willingness to travel up to 50%, and strong proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant sales experience or 1+ year of sales experience with a clinical background (BSN, MLT, CLS, RT, etc.).
• Must reside in the territory and be able to travel up to 50% in assigned territory and other business locations.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and grow relationships between APOC and Distributor Partners in the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets through efficient and effective sales cycle and territory management.
• Identify and develop KOLs that can advocate for Point of Care solutions in the market.
• Maintain sales base while closing new business in both new and existing accounts.
• Navigate complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders and dynamic decision-making criteria.
