Abbott is hiring an Outpatient Account Executive for APOC, covering Richmond and E. VA. You will manage commercial execution to grow market share, travel up to 50%, and collaborate with internal teams to move deals forward.

Reporting to the District Manager, you’ll support business goals while maintaining high standards of customer service. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant sales experience (or 1+ year with clinical background).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years of relevant sales experience or 1+ year with clinical background (BSN, MLT, CLS, RT, Cardiac Tech, etc.).
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM usage; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and grow relationships between APOC, Abbott, and Distributor Partners in the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets through efficient sales cycle and territory management.
• Identify and develop KOLs to advocate for Point of Care solutions.
• Maintain and grow base while closing new business in existing accounts.
• Navigate complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders and dynamic decision-making.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and mitigate risks.
• Complete administrative tasks (training, expense reports, forecasts) promptly.
