Job summary

Abbott is hiring an Outpatient Account Executive for the Abbott Point of Care division, covering the South Texas territory. You will lead commercial execution, grow market share, and collaborate with internal support to move sales cycles forward.

Travel up to 50% and report to the District Manager to meet business goals. The role emphasizes building relationships with distributors, identifying key opinion leaders, and achieving targets while managing administrative tasks and compliance with EHS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant sales experience or 1+ year sales experience with a clinical background.
• Must reside in the territory and be able to travel up to 50% in assigned territory and other business locations.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and grow relationships with APOC and Distributor Partners in territory.
• Achieve sales targets through efficient and effective sales cycle and territory management.
• Identify and develop KOLs to advocate for Point of Care solutions in the market.
• Maintain sales base while closing new business in both new and existing accounts.
• Navigate complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders and decision criteria.
• Develop and execute sales strategies with mitigation plans and timely admin tasks.
