Fresenius Medical Care seeks an Outpatient RN CAP 2 to deliver and coordinate care for dialysis patients. The role involves assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation with supervision from leaders and collaboration with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and technicians.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited nursing program with state licensure, CPR/BLS, and at least 2 years in nephrology nursing, willing to participate in CAP advancement and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• RN CAP 2 entry-level role with CAP program path.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state nursing licensure and CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years nephrology nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform ongoing patient data collection and analysis during dialysis and adjust the plan of care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and manage emergency responses as needed.
• Lead or mentor staff where assigned and support quality improvement initiatives.
