Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a professional Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 2 track within the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide comprehensive care, perform assessments, plan and evaluate treatments for an assigned patient group, and may delegate tasks to other care staff.

The role supports education, leadership, and quality improvements across the facility. Ideal candidates have RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and at least 2 years in nephrology nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure required.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination of clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care during hemodialysis.
• Delegate tasks to PCTs/LVN/LPNs as appropriate.
• Participate in education and quality improvement activities.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for staff.
