Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse CAP 1 to join the Outpatient CAP path. The role supports assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients, coordinating with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.

You will participate in education, dialysis delivery, and team-based care within a high-quality ESRD program, liaising with physicians and staff to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Entry-level RN with less than 2 years in nephrology nursing.
• Dialysis experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyze patient data during hemodialysis.
• Provide initial and ongoing education to patients and families.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Coordinate care with the health care team and patient care staff.
• Assist with emergency response and quality improvement activities.
