Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with prior customer service experience.
• CSA competencies must be completed in two clinical front office operations within 6-12 months of hire.
• Degree in related field and/or related experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in at least two clinical front office operations (Registration, Scheduling, Inbound call documentation, Insurance Entry and Verification, Referrals Management, Cash Drawer/Payment Posting/Check-in-Check-out) within 6-12 months.
• Maintain knowledge of Epic EMR system and front office workflows and policies.
• Deliver superior customer service and represent UT Southwestern professionally to patients and colleagues.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and UT Southwestern policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
