Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with prior customer service experience.
• Successful completion of CSA competencies in two clinical front office operations within 6-12 months of hire.
• Degree in related field and/or related experience preferred but not required.
• Related experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in a minimum of two clinical front office operations within 6-12 months.
• Operations include Registration, Scheduling, Inbound call documentation, Insurance Entry and Verification, Referrals Management, and Cash Drawer/Payments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epic EMR system user operations and front office policies.
