Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with prior customer service experience.
• CSA competencies in two front office operations within 6–12 months of hire.
• Degree in related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients on the phone and in person under direct supervision.
• Learn proficiency in at least two clinical front office operations (e.g., Registration, Scheduling, Ins. Entry).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epic EMR system user operations and clinic workflows.
• Deliver superior customer service and represent UT Southwestern professionally.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and UT Southwestern policy.
• Ensure waiting area is neat and stocked with materials.
• Manage inventory of daily clinic supplies and forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
