Responsibilities

• Learn and perform core functions: Registration, Scheduling, Inbound calls, Insurance entry/verification, Referrals management.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Deliver professional, compassionate customer service to patients and staff.
• Assist with clinic operations and inventory of supplies.
