Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registration, Scheduling, Inbound call documentation, Insurance entry and verification.
• Referals management and cash handling as part of front office duties.
• Maintain knowledge of Epic EMR and clinic workflows.
• Deliver courteous, professional customer service to patients and families.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA and UT Southwestern policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
