Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP track in New Albany, Mississippi. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care within the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.

Responsibilities include data collection during hemodialysis, patient/family education, safe therapy delivery, medication administration, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS certification.
• Must meet practice requirements in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data during hemodialysis and document in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatments.
• Provide safe and effective delivery of hemodialysis therapy.
• Administer prescribed medications and document effectiveness.
• Assist with emergency response and participate in staff training and orientation.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and ensure proper lab procedures.
