Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients during dialysis.
• Assess patient data pre-during-post hemodialysis and document in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed with appropriate justification.
• Lead and supervise Patient Care Technicians/LPNs/LVNs/RNs as a Team Leader.
