Job summary

Fresenius Kidney Care in Rolling Fork, MS is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, assess, plan, intervene and evaluate for an assigned group of patients within the ESKD health care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS Certification.
• Must meet practice requirements in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Perform data collection and documentation for pre–during–post hemodialysis.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Assist with emergencies and support staff training and orientation.
