Spectrum (Charter Communications) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our residential customer base through direct, face-to-face engagement. You will present Spectrum's data, mobile, phone and video solutions while building relationships in your community.

This role offers a strong base salary with lucrative incentives, potential total compensation over $100,000 annually, and employee perks like free and discounted Spectrum services. Flexible scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning and order entry.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to meet targets.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across services including data, mobile, landline and video.
• Monitor competitor activity and report insights to management.
