Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to engage communities and connect customers with Spectrum high-speed data and communication solutions. The role offers a base salary plus lucrative incentives, with total compensation over $100,000 per year and access to free and discounted Spectrum services.

Expect to spend about 90% of time outdoors visiting assigned leads, performing needs analyses, presenting compelling proposals, and meeting monthly targets across data, mobile, landline,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories, including in inclement weather.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning and order entry.
• Meet monthly sales targets across Spectrum services.
• Monitor competitors' activities in the territory.
