Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and bring Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication services to new customers. The role emphasizes face-to-face interactions, field visits, and meeting quarterly targets.

You will drive proposals, complete orders, and participate in training while working primarily outdoors with minimal office time. A valid driver’s license and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all sales documentation, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
