Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and grow our residential customer base. You’ll visit assigned leads, analyze needs, and present Spectrum’s high‑speed data, mobile, landline, and video solutions in person.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to and work in assigned territories, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum services (high-speed data, mobile, landline, video).
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report insights to management.
