Job summary

Spectrum, a leading telecommunications provider, is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to engage with communities and expand access to Spectrum services. You will meet residential customers, tailor proposals, and drive revenue while representing Spectrum in assigned territories.

The role requires strong English communication, travel readiness, and the ability to work evenings/weekends. A base salary plus incentives can bring total compensation over $100,000 annually, with free and discounted

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel in assigned territories and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete sales documentation including order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Achieve monthly targets across Spectrum services (data, mobile, landline, video).
• Monitor competitors and report findings to manager.
