Job summary

Spectrum seeks an Outside Sales Representative to connect customers with high-speed data and communication services. You will visit assigned leads, tailor solutions, and close multi-service packages, earning a base salary plus incentives that can exceed $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Drive to succeed with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and report insights to management.
