Spectrum is seeking an Outdoor Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and expand access to Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions. The role focuses on face-to-face interactions, needs analyses, and tailored proposals to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

We offer a competitive base salary with lucrative incentives that can exceed $100,000 in total compensation annually.

Competenze

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
Must read, write, speak and understand English.
Ability to travel to assigned territories and work evenings/weekends as needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
Experience in direct or field sales is a plus.

Mansioni

Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs.
Complete required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning and order entry.
Attend sales meetings and trainings to support team goals and development.
Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
