Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and represent our reliable telecom services in person. You will expand access to high‑speed data, mobile, and voice solutions while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to travel to assigned territories and work evenings/weekends.
• Proficient with basic computer software and devices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and report to your manager.
