Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities face-to-face and grow our high-speed data and communications customer base. You’ll travel across your assigned territory, working primarily outdoors, with evenings and weekends required to maximize contact.

This role offers a base salary plus incentives, with total compensation potential over $100,000 annually. Spectrum provides employee discounts on internet, TV, and mobile services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent English reading/writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and work evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum's solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities within your territory and communicate relevant information to your manager.
