Job summary

Spectrum is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to connect residents with Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication services. You will work 90% outdoors, visiting assigned leads, conducting needs analyses, and presenting tailored proposals.

The role requires evenings/weekends and travel within the territory, with a base salary plus incentives driving total compensation, potentially over $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English language.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven with strong customer focus and drive to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospect.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned to customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Accurately complete sales documentation, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Attend sales meetings and training to support team goals and growth.
• Meet monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors in your territory and report insights to your manager.
