Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with residents and expand access to Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions. You will visit assigned leads, analyze needs, and present tailored proposals to close sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to connect with customers and communicate product benefits clearly.
• Willingness to travel door-to-door and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
