Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-service retail role.
• Experience in outdoor/sporting goods retailer.
• Leadership/ supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of Tomax, Microsoft Word/Excel, Cisco and UKG.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and guide Outfitters.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Ensure customer service and sales goals are met.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and store security.
• Maintain compliance with policies and ATF regulations.
