Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience focused on customer service.
• Experience in outdoor/sporting goods retailer preferred.
• Team lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Tomax, MS Word/Excel, Cisco Phone, and UKG.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary resource for hourly team members, providing support and guidance.
• Lead training and coaching to meet operational goals.
• Support store management with daily operations and policy compliance.
• Supervise departmental functions and ensure execution of opening/closing tasks.
• Ensure great service and active customer engagement during shifts.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and policy adherence, addressing issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory records, cycle counts, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in in-store events and promotional activities to drive traffic.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and high-quality store environment.
