Job summary

• Be the go-to person for shifts, escalating issues to Store Management as needed.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify opportunities and adapt to business needs, maintaining flexibility.
• Assist in successful management and execution of departmental functions and standards.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and maintaining store security and compliance.
• Monitor attendance, time management, performance, and policy adherence; address issues promptly.
• Train and onboard new team members, promoting a smooth integration.
