The Team Lead at Sportsman's Warehouse in Anchorage supervises hourly Outfitters during shifts, guiding operations and coaching staff to meet daily goals. You will model excellent customer service, oversee inventory and merchandising, and help maintain a safe, high-quality store environment.

Role requires 2+ years in retail, outdoor/sporting goods experience preferred, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training and development of team members is a key focus.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment focusing on customer service.
• Experience in outdoor and/or sporting goods retailer preferred.
• Team lead/supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of inventory and merchandising concepts.
• Familiarity with local outdoor trends and organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support and coaching to hourly Outfitters.
• Supervise daily store operations and department execution.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures and store security.
• Train and onboard new team members for smooth integration.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
• Support in-store events and promotions to boost engagement and traffic.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including ATF rules.
