• Coach employees to drive sales and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and accuracy of records.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and store security.
• Provide training and onboarding support for new team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge on the floor.
• Support promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.
• Assist with inventory, counts, and merchandising standards.
• Adhere to ATF regulations and other applicable laws for firearm handling.
