Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and assist store management.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to hourly team members during shifts.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures and maintain store security and compliance.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and policy adherence; address issues promptly.
• Drive sales and maintain a clean, safe, high-quality store environment.
• Support in-store events and promotional activities to boost engagement.
