Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Development Representative to proactively reach out to assigned accounts across multiple branch locations and uncover growth opportunities. You will work with decision makers to quote and convert sales on products not currently being purchased, coordinating with customer service for orders and delivery.

• Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and two or more years of related sales experience or an equivalent combination.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively engage customers, identify needs and drive opportunities using CRM tools.
• Strong communication skills, organization, and collaboration with field sales teams.

• Proactively makes outbound calls to engage and develop sales opportunities across branch locations.
• Partner with decision makers to expand volume business and quote/convert opportunities.
• Update CRM to stay current on account follow-ups and active quotes.
• Present Ecommerce capabilities and train customers on these tools as needed.
