Motion Industries seeks a Sales Development Representative to professionally represent the company to customers, driving outbound sales opportunities across branch locations and collaborating with field sales teams.

The role requires strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and a proactive approach to building relationships, with a focus on presenting ecommerce capabilities and supporting customers through the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of related sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to make outbound calls and develop opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Proactively makes outbound calls with assigned existing account base across multiple branch locations to engage and develop sales opportunities.
• Work with decision makers to expand volume by identifying, quoting, and converting sales on new products.
• Collaborate with customer service on order entry, tracking, and technical needs.
• Partner across branch and division teams to ensure proper execution of customer needs.
• Diligently update CRM for follow-ups and active quoting opportunities.
• Present Ecommerce capabilities and train customers on these tools.
