Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Development Representative to professionally represent the company to customers, providing the product or service they need and driving growth across branch locations.

You will proactively contact existing accounts, quote and convert opportunities, and partner with customer service to manage orders while training customers on ecommerce tools to streamline business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of related sales experience.
• Proven ability to make proactive outbound calls and identify add-on sales opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration with field sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls across multiple branch locations to develop sales opportunities.
• Identify, quote, and convert sales on products not currently purchased by customers.
• Work with Motion customer service on order entry, tracking, and technical needs.
• Collaborate across branch and division teams to ensure proper execution of customer needs.
• Diligently update CRM to stay current on follow-ups and active quoting opportunities.
• Present Ecommerce capabilities to assigned accounts and train customers on these tools as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
