Qualifications

• Strong outbound sales experience and ability to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
• Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with field sales teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel).
• Ability to multitask and manage time while driving sales growth.
• Proactive with urgency to meet sales goals and build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively makes outbound calls with assigned accounts across multiple branches to develop sales opportunities.
• Engage decision makers to expand volume by identifying, quoting, and converting sales on non-purchased products.
• Coordinate with Motion customer service on order entry, tracking, and technical needs.
• Collaborate across branch and division teams to ensure proper execution of customer needs.
• Update CRM to stay current on follow-ups and active quotes.
• Present Ecommerce capabilities and train customers on these tools to facilitate easy transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
