Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Sparks, NV to proactively generate opportunities across multiple branches. You will make outbound calls, qualify needs, and move opportunities through quoting and conversion while collaborating with field sales and customer service teams.

You will update CRM daily, present Ecommerce capabilities to accounts, and train customers on how these tools simplify ordering.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and two (2) or more years of related sales experience or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Proactively makes outbound calls with assigned existing account base across multiple branch locations to engage and further develop sales opportunities.
• Works with decision makers to expand volume by identifying, quoting, and converting sales on products not currently being purchased.
• Updates CRM to stay current on account follow-ups and active quoting opportunities.
• Presents Ecommerce capabilities to assigned accounts and trains customers on these tools for easier business interactions.
