Job summary

EvenUp is seeking an energetic Sales Development professional to expand our top of funnel in a fast-growing vertical SaaS environment. You will drive outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities for Account Executives, and uncover client needs to position EvenUp as the solution.

You will collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Customer Success while building deep product knowledge and maintaining accurate CRM data. This role offers growth potential in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experience generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
• Use active listening to understand needs and communicate solutions.
• Identify growth areas and develop outbound strategies.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success for first impressions.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound lists.
