Motion Industries in Reno, NV is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new and existing account opportunities. The hybrid role combines outbound calling with strong product knowledge to expand customer base.

You will work with branch and service teams, update CRM daily, present Ecommerce capabilities, and help customers access solutions quickly. A proven sales background and proficiency with CRM, LinkedIn, and MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years in sales.
• Strong outbound calling and consultative selling skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, LinkedIn, and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively makes outbound calls to engage existing accounts.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities across branches.
• Collaborate with customer service to ensure orders and tech needs are met.
• Update CRM to track follow-ups and quotes.
• Present Ecommerce capabilities to accounts and train customers.
