Job summary

Leapsome in New York City is building the SDR function from the ground up, and you’ll be the third person on the team. This is not a prewritten script—you’ll help write the playbook: what messaging works, which accounts to target, and what a great week looks like.

Day to day you’ll research HR and People leaders, qualify opportunities, and hand off strong deals to our AEs. Success is measured in pipeline and meetings booked, with transparent growth paths in a fast‑moving, AI‑forward environment.

Qualifications

• Be curious by default and ask questions to understand the why behind things.
• Track record of setting goals and achieving them in any field.
• Resilient and persistent when facing rejection and keep going.
• Structured, detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven decisions.
• Interest in technology, AI, and comfortable discussing tools with customers.
• Sales experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Research prospects and tailor outreach messaging.
• Prospect into new accounts using multiple channels.
• Qualify outbound leads against defined criteria.
• Partner with Marketing & RevOps on outbound campaigns.
• Keep CRM accurate and current.
• Build real expertise in HR tech and understand Leapsome's competitive edges.
