Leapsome is building the SDR function in New York City and seeking a curious, goal-driven candidate. You’ll be the third teammate on the team, shaping messaging, prioritizing accounts, and defining what a productive week looks like.

This role emphasizes ownership over the process and a human-first approach to outreach. Day-to-day tasks include researching HR and People leaders, qualifying opportunities, and handing them off to AEs.

Qualifications

• Track record of setting and hitting goals in any field
• Resilience: handles rejection and keeps going
• Structured, detail-oriented with process optimization
• Interest in technology, AI, and discussing tools with customers

Responsibilities

• Research prospects and craft tailored outreach messaging
• Prospect new accounts using calls, LI, email or other effective channels
• Qualify outbound leads against defined criteria
• Collaborate with Marketing & RevOps on outbound campaigns
• Maintain CRM accuracy for trustworthy data
• Develop expertise in HR tech and competitive positioning
