Job summary

Assembled, a fast-growing customer support platform, is hiring an Enterprise SDR to generate high-quality pipeline across enterprise accounts and raise the bar for prospecting. You’ll leverage AI-assisted research to tailor outreach, balance personalization with consistency, and collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps.

This on-site role reports to the SDR Manager, with offices in San Francisco and New York.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in SDR role with a sales target and proven results
• Experience penetrating complex enterprise accounts
• Comfort with cold calling and handling rejection
• Ability to iterate on plays and improve performance

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality pipeline across enterprise accounts
• Research accounts and stakeholders with AI-assisted tools
• Prospect across calls, email, LinkedIn, events
• Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps
• Attend in-person events and build relationships with customers
