Responsibilities

• Perform customer wellness and satisfaction checks to help ensure a positive customer experience.
• Verify account information and confirm customers are familiar with and connected to their assigned Account Manager.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Identify customer concerns and elevate issues to the appropriate internal teams.
