Job summary

The ODP Group is seeking a Client Services Representative in Itasca, IL to deliver superior customer service across order entry, bid processing, product information, outbound follow-up, and issue resolution. The CSR will liaison between customers and internal teams and help gather and maintain customer data.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent with 1–2 years’ experience, strong communication, teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience in CSR or related role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service in interactions (order entry, bid processing, information dissemination).
• Follow up on outbound sales/service opportunities and resolve general customer issues.
• Identify add-on business opportunities and act as liaison between customer and internal teams.
• Gather and maintain customer database and follow-up information.
