Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support proactive outreach. The role involves outbound calls, wellness checks, verifying accounts, documenting interactions, and escalating concerns as needed.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with no weekends, in Itasca, IL. The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication, and comfort with basic computer systems and data entry.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers.
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound customer outreach calls following a provided script.
• Perform customer wellness and satisfaction checks to help ensure a positive customer experience.
• Verify account information and confirm customers are familiar with and connected to their assigned Account Manager.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Identify customer concerns and elevate issues to the appropriate internal teams.
