Midwest Answer is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team of Operators in Illinois. You will handle inbound calls for multiple clients, gather details, and follow client-specific scripts and protocols. Weekend and second/third shift availability are required.

Qualifications

• Adaptable and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and phone systems familiarity.
• Team player mindset with willingness to learn from QA/coaching.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are crucial.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally for multiple clients using custom greetings and scripts.
• Gather caller details and document notes clearly.
• Follow account-specific protocols including dispatching, escalation, scheduling, or message taking.
• Maintain call flow metrics and ensure call quality and accuracy.
• Provide after-hours/weekend support per client protocols, including emergencies.
• Enter information into message pages or service tickets; keep clients informed.
• Display empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
• Collaborate with supervisors and peers to refine scripts and improve workflows.
