Notion is seeking an ambitious early-career sales professional to join our Outbound Sales Development team in New York City. You will help define our outbound sales motion, working to generate enterprise opportunities and shape product direction through rich customer insights.

You will collaborate with AMER Sales leadership, Marketing, and Product to build program feedback loops, improve pipeline generation, and elevate your skills within a high-growth, profitable company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a sales development (outbound-focused) role in SaaS or high-growth environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Energized by building revenue teams in a hyper-growth company.
• Passion for customers and strong empathy for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with outbound sales team to test pipeline generation strategies and approaches.
• Identify and analyze target prospects using market and firmographic signals.
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to educate them about Notion.
• Experiment with audiences, messaging, and channels to generate Enterprise opportunities.
• Conduct high-level discovery calls with Executives in target/prospect accounts for AMER territory.
• Qualify prospects to determine fit for Notion and capture notes in Notion and Salesforce.
