Verstela is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth in the West Chicago Verstela market. You will prospect, initiate conversations with business leaders, and schedule discovery meetings for our sales and branch teams.

This outbound role emphasizes calls, emails, social reach, and in-person visits to build lasting client relationships. Expect a dynamic, metrics-driven environment with daily/weekly targets, a steady schedule from Monday to Friday, and on-site

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a metrics-driven role (retail, hospitality, SDR or outbound sales are all encouraged to apply)
• Eager to build rapport with prospective clients, call and drop-in to achieve goals
• You know it takes some “no’s” to get to a yes
• Proficient in MS Word and Outlook, quick to learn new software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with decision-makers

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities within your assigned market.
• Initiate conversations with business leaders to schedule appointments for our branch teams.
• Visit prospective clients in person through regular market canvassing and drop-ins.
